Economy shipping takes 10–14 business days and costs $11.95. Fast shipping is available at checkout for $32.90.
Is shipping free?
Yes — Economy shipping is free on orders over $139.
Will I pay customs duties?
No. Duties and import fees are covered by us.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see your orders anytime in your account.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days to return an item for free. We send you a prepaid return label — just use our Return Form to start.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Every product has a 12-month warranty. Email info@zalehome.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

Do lighting fixtures include bulbs?
Check the Details section of each product page. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Are the sizes accurate?
Yes. Every product page lists real measurements — we recommend checking them against your space before ordering.
